I’ll need to see your existing construction plans to evaluate them.  

The process will involve the following sequence after the initial meeting and discussion of your project, and a contract for services:

We’ll talk about your aspirations and requirements for your home which I’ll use to evaluate your design plans, either of your own or created by another design professional.

I’ll review the design to determine your concerns, what works, the costs and what needs to change to meet your goals.

I’ll create an outline of your prioritized goals and changes you need. It can be as simple as a written report. If more information is needed,  my review can include hand design sketches. If more advanced information is required, I can provide measured CAD plans and elevations of new concepts with a revised general budget. Cost is commensurate with more detailed information and time to complete the work.
